How it works

1. Sign Up

Before you start you need to sign up to our free plan. Free plan includes unlimited users & 3 projects.

2. Create Project

The next step is to create a project. Create unlimited projects and choose the billing method. Break down projects into tasklists and tasks.

3. Add Team Members

Add unlimited users to Zorotime and assign them to the projects and tasks. Set access role and project rates for each team member.

4. Track time

You can now start tracking time. Track the hours your team spends on every project and task. Add project, task and detailed description for each time log.

5. Reporting

After you are done tracking time, build a report. Create great-looking Zorotime reports and always stay on top of changing hours, costs, budgets, and more. Customize time reports by week, team member, project, or client.
